Description NASCAR Hall of Fame® inductee Roger Penske earned his first victory as a team owner in 1973 when driver Mark Donohue brought his No.16 AMC Matador to Victory Lane at Riverside International Raceway. Fifty years later, NASCAR® Champion Joey Logano will be turning back the clock to Penske’s first NASCAR® victory with a special Shell-Pennzoil throwback No.22 Ford Mustang at Darlington Raceway. Logano’s ride will sport the same red, white, and blue livery that adorned Donohue’s car when he won at Riverside.
