About this item Made from high quality Japanese stainless steel, the cutter consists of a six blades assembly. They are the latest variant which are rustles and have more enduring bearings and seals. The six blades consist of four upper X shape, which do most of the blending and will break down anything from frozen ice to frozen fruit. The two claw shape blades at the bottom of the assembly are for grinding. All JTC OmniBlend jugs are designed for blending and grinding, unlike other commercial blenders that you have to purchase specialized jugs for specific processes.
