Description Bird of Paradise Cutter Set provides the botanically accurate shape for the bract and tongue of the Bird of Paradise flower. No stamens required. For petiole (stalk sheath), use largest cutter in Tulip Leaf cutter set along with Cornhusk veiner. Instructions can be found in either DVD#5 or my book, “Cakes By Design”. These metal cutters are handmade, and provide the sharpest of cut for a perfectly clean edge of petal or leaf.
